Terms & Conditions:
1. Rates are quoted in THB and inclusive of 5% service charge.
2. Monthly rates are inclusive of monthly electricity allowance and consumption above limit will be charged at THB 5.6/KHW.
3. Welcome amenities.
4. Complimentary use of the health club, fitness center and swimming pool.
5. Complimentary parking for 1 car per apartment booked.
6. Daily maid service except on Sunday for monthly stay and linen change twice a week.
7. Electricity allowance.
